Is my data really private?

Yes. Photos and notes are encrypted at rest, stored in EU data centers (Frankfurt), and never used for advertising or AI training. You can export everything and delete your account in one click. We're GDPR-native, not bolted-on.

What happens to my data if you shut down?

If we ever wind down, we'll give every customer at least 90 days notice and a one-click export of all photos, notes, and timelines as a polished PDF and a raw zip. Your library is yours — we're a custodian, not an owner.

Question 3

Can my partner add photos too?

Accepted Answer

Not yet — co-parent invites are coming to the Family plan. Once they ship, your partner will be able to browse the timeline and add their own moments, all in the same private library, attributed to whoever captured it. Until then, you can share any moment with them directly.

Question 4

My child is 4 — is it too late to start?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You can backdate any moment. Many parents start with the milestones they remember and a few favourite photos, then capture the next year forward. The story doesn't have to start at month one.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your billing page in two clicks — no email required, no retention dance. You keep access until the end of the billing period, and your data stays available on the free plan.

Free is genuinely useful.
